CSE 490 - VR

Act 1 Lab

We have three triggers our act will be working on, two are reliant on gaze/viewer's head angle change, and the last on distance:

1. When the viewer is compelled to look at the darkness (right or left peripheral) by visual and audio cues, their gaze should trigger the darkness to look more overwhelming and almost drawing closer.

2. When the viewer, from looking at the darkness, looks back at Blue Eyes, their gaze should trigger him to get up and run back to the Tyrant.

3. When the Tyrant and the followers are at a certain distance from the viewer, they should be at a good scale (far enough but not too tiny), and this distance will trigger them to slow down to keep this scale.

Back up plan: *If the viewer does not look at the darkness after the visual and audio cues, Blue Eyes will have an exaggerated expression of fear. These shots' main goal is to show how Blue Eyes is afraid of the void, which his expression alone can convey.
